I don't get it why does the majority of people on this site hate Halo with such a passion?  I know the majority of them haven't played it, so why hate it?  Is it because its too popular?  Is it because you want it on your choice system but can't have it? Is it because you got destroyed the one time you played, and now hate it because you suck at it?  Is it because you have no friends that play it (Cause Halo isn't quite as fun if you have no friends to play it with) 

I can understand not liking the game, but there is absolutly no reason to hate it.  And each Halo has improved massive amounts above the prior one.

So how about the haters stop hating on Halo, play it, and read the books.  And you'll find you enjoy it alot more.

I love Halo, however I still think the first is the best.

Its mostly Fanboys, just ignore them.

I played on HALO at my mates, its a lot of fun. I would certainly buy it on the PS3.

It is definitly one of the best games out there but not the best contary to alot of the die hard fans views.

Actually no... I dont hate it, I played all of them except Wars, and I have to say that when it comes to singleplayer the game only went lower with 2 and tough it went up on 3 it never got back to the first ones quality...

The problem is that except the multiplayer which is well put together but not outstanding, nothing is special about the game... its a good game, but I wouldent call it great. It has a fairly generic storlyline and main character, it brought nothing new to the table that previous shooters havent, and thats all.

I dont hate it, I just find it utterly overhyped...

The only hate i have on Halo is Halo 3.

And ive played it.
