So why are most franchises except for a few exceptions (mostly where the franchise is associated with the PS brand name like SF IV and RE5), outselling on 360 by about the same ratio as console sales figures indicate? Fight Night Round 4, Prototype, UFC Undisputed, Transformers, CoD4, Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Fallout 3, Godfather II, etc.

You have to remember that most 360's have been replaced on warranty and therefore did not show up as sales. Most of the people I know, after a warranty replacement have not had any further failures. Especially, in the past year. Microsoft seems to have this under control.
