God of War 3 - First two were fantastic and epic. They had some ideas they couldn't realize on the PS2, looking forward seeing what the designers realize on the PS3.
Uncharted 2 - Totally loved the first game, it looks as great as it plays. Naughty Dog's second effort on the PS3, promising to push the Cell towards new levels with this follow-up.
The Last Guardian - The dev team sports a great reputation due to especially Shadow of the Collosus, what I have seen so far looks amazing and appealing to me. Something different, epic and atmospheric.

So much I am looking forward to on the PS3, but that's currently my top 3 of most anticipated games.

Naughty Dog: "At Naughty Dog, we're pretty sure we should be able to see leaps between games on the PS3 that are even bigger than they were on the PS2."

mass effect 2: one was almost perfect. i hope the second part let me erase the "almost"
alan wake: that gameplay video on e3 was just too much

as for games we've actually SEEN something from
1. Final Fantasy 13 - I'm maxing out on everything FF right now....
2. Bioshock 2 - the first one was really great...my favorite next gen game for a long time...
3. Uncharted 2 - the trailers and gameplay look so good....

Honorable mention: Mass Effect 2 - I sometimes forget how much fun i had with the first..played through it twice...good stuff....
