Since I have a good PC, I would just end up buying the Wii... or maybe just stick with my DS or get a PSP GO

The only system to ever actually die in the middle of a generation was the dreamcast. no system this gen is gunna die ( and they better not i got them all).

I'll do like I have to do now, pay $150 for Sony to fix mine.

I'll buy another PS3, never open the box and Horde it for 20 years when the PS3 is a legend. Then sell it for 3000 bucks. :P

Well, to be honest, it costs something like $150 to fix a PS3. I would probably buy a new one because mine is a 60 Gig Backward Compatible one so going out and spending $400 on a new one would be fucking stupid.
