Have you paid much attention to the Turtles in the past quarter century? Usagi is owned by Stan Sakai, and is set in an entirely
different universe that just happens to have plot decive portals to it. The Turtles have teamed-up with Flaming Carrot, Savage Dragon, Cerebus,
and apparently soon they are even going to team-up with themselves. (Old Cartoon and New according to hints at their website.) It is completely
keeping with Ninja Turtle tradition to have some guest stars in the game made by other guys. It really is. Arguing that the Turtle-verse is somehow tainted by working with other liscenses is not knowing your Turtle history.
Also, I doubt every Turtle Fan is going to have all their favorites in the roster no matter what. Each incarnation of the Turtles has had different companies work on it. And these companies own the rights to some of the characters in the various incarnations. Beebop and Rocksteady are prime examples. I would love to have a kick-ass roster with all the greats, but it's not gonna happen. Utron shredder is not likely to fight Krang. The mutanimals, Venus, Tokka, Razhar, Usagi, and amany of the other characters from Turtle lore are simply never going to be in the same place at once. Give me a line-up with decent characters from the Turtles and I will be happy. A few easter egg characters is beside the point. Did you moan so loadly when a Halo character appeared in DOA 4? IT is the same deal. Liscenses alinged with the stars and the Turtles had a sidekick from whatever company they were working with.
This is still a Turtles game foremost with a easter egg cameo. Give me a game that plays well and a top 20 selection of the Turtles best allies and villians and I won't compain.

You're totally missing the point. I've never said it's tainted by doing crossovers or anything of the sort - I'm saying they're putting rabbids in before showing us a competent TMNT roster. So far we've got, what, the four turtles, April, Casey Jones and Shredder? Yeah, fucking fantastic.
Everyone wants to see a good TMNT game, and if all they have to show us are some random rabbids, the whole things gets shadowed with doubt.
