I've got nothing more to tell you. PS3 sold more than 360 from launch on the same time frame, so obviously Sony is okay right now. Any price cut would put them in front. It's already nearly profitable.

But maybe you're right and they'll die one day, we'll see, but don't bet too much on it. ;)

Halo hands down but Uncharted 2 will be the better game.

Wow, even though the OP specifically said 'regardless of game sales', you still managed to turn it into a dick-measuring contest about the software. How predictable.

On topic, I expect neither to really shift gangbusters, but 360 should definitely be up for the week since, at the end of the day, ODST has Halo in the title.

So Uncharted 2 will be the better game because the first, single-player only game had a better campaign than a game almost exclusively designed around multiplayer?  I think Uncharted 2 looks amazing, but that's like comparing apples and skyscrapers.

As foor the point of this thread, neither game will probably move a huge amount of consoles, but in terms of sales, Halo will sell more in the first week than Uncharted 2 sells overall.

All that I'm saying is that Halo 3 moved ALOT of consoles...so it would seem to reason that Halo OSDT will do the same.  Originally, this was supposed to be an expansion type of release, but Bungie and MGS put more effort into it can are turning it into a more fleshed out game.  I expect the marketing campaign to kick off in August.
