I didn't think it was a port for a single second, the whole 4 player co-operative gameplay kinda threw a wrench in that idea. Infact, I don't think I've heard a single person mutter the word "Port" about new super mario bros wii

Hey, no need to call them names for being ill informed. Your right it is not a port. It is new levels,costumes, up to 4 players, and has the Koopa Kids. Can not wait myself! Still no reason to get so angry over miss informed peoples post. Ya, know you could of just used the title. (this is what New Super Mario Brothers Wii is going to be.)

Alright, I need to say this here.

1. This thread is very aggressive in stance, and serves no arguementive basis.
2. The thread has no degraded to talking to members behind their backs.
3. Whether or not you were informed about a game is not entirely your fault at times, in that post. Even the best of us have trouble with all the new games that are being announced, released, and all that.
4. Kantor's tone of "NSBWii is a port is it not?" suggests that he is not stating that NSBWii is a port as fact, but that he is simply ill-informed about the situation and requires clarification.

A great game is a great game regardless, either way no one should be worried.
