I dont know how its possible, but according to vgchartz PSP hardware sales have dropped DESPITE the release of a ROCKBAND PSP bundle.. not only that but ROCKBAND PSP barely broke 3k in its 2nd week (the week that the bundle debuted).

Software sales are in an even bigger hole for the PSP, with games barely showing legs.. im starting to think its a good idea sony tried to change the PSP's image by announcing the PSP go!

Lets hope Monster Hunter breaks 10k at the least in the west.. because if we contine to follow the trend that other games have taken, it might not even reach 1/4 of what Monster hunter Freedom 2 sold in the west

Rock Band is big name on PSP.....no. Rock Band is big on console not on PSP.

Yeah, this is full of fail, everybody is waiting for the PSP go to come out. The games don't sell the PSP as much as the portability.

Come on for it to sell 10k its first 2 weeks and bundled, thats very bad ..

It's the PSP in the west, expecting good software is wrong in general.

Things are looking very bleak for the PSP... I can't think of anything Sony could do to get out of this predicament either..

I think a lot of people would rather buy a cheaper PSP with a separate game then a more expensive bundle with a game they could give a shit about.  (More expensie bundle meaning more than standalone psp but more than seperate game. Also I dont even know the price but am assuming)

I know I would rather buy standalone PSP then that bundle. Either way Rock Band is console brand and for your first handheld game to go onto PSP it wasnt gonna help.

That bundle is amazing, it brings a 4GB memory stick, a free movie from PSN, and a PSP 3000.

Rockband unplugged is also by far the best music game on the PSP(based on the demo) idk why people wouldnt be interested in it.
