Ahah! the problem is....the license! I transferred my gamer tag over to my brothers 360 recently, and it turns out, the license doesn't transfer.

The license should be tied to your gamertag so as long as your playing on the same gamertag that downloaded the maps originally then you should be able to pay, no matter what 360 you recover your account to.

Were you able to fix the problem through the phone call?

Apperently it is tied to the xbox, not the gamertag. You can transfer the license, but i9t is fairly restrictive in that you cannot transfer it again for a year.

Same thing happened to my cousin and we could not for the life of us figure it out. However just recently it started working again. No idea y or how but it does work now so maybe just wait it out???

Weird because its definitely tied to my gamertag. When I transfer my account to my friends 360 that doesnt have the dlc maps I can download them and play them just fine. I do this at least once a week too so its not time restricted for me either.

Yes, that ad is so annoying that I hardly want to come here to read because I constantly have to reload the site.  The site is all improve and professional looking yet the admin / webmaster still allow these type of ads that effectively destroy the site reputation that it's trying to build.

I believe you need to download the new Mythic Package that is avaliable for 800 Microsoft points. It prevents you from playing any Ranked match up unless you have that downloaded.

Try that and if not then contact Microsoft on that manner.

Dude, I got that map pack as soon as it came out! And I called MS about the issue, they said that the licenses for the map packs were on my other box.
