Not even halfway?

If we start from the launch of the 360, how would that be possible? Do people expect nothing new until 2013?

As for the comment above mine... it is not technology that determines the lifespan of a console.

true or not all i can think of is, "we are not going to cut the price of the 360/ps3". in the following sunday's best buy ad, "New low price!!"

When you think how powerfull the 360 is and how cheap it is too,the exclusive games and console only games will keep on coming,forcing the developers to take full advantage of the system because they know it sells a lot of games,so...everyone will support it as long as the games sale.

Im glad that there will be no upgraded hardware, dont wanna be buying ANOTHER 360.

Not halfway through console cycle makes sense because halfway would be Nov. of 2010 since the system came out in Nov. 2005. They have stated many times they are shooting for around 2015.



 How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to Kinect &  PS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

Lol i know when you look at the polls you can def. see this sites demographics. 360 fans are greatly outnumbered but are slowly growing.

I don't know what it says about the PS3 fanbase TBH, when there are a 1/3 more 360 owners than PS3 owners out there in the wild, yet this site is overrun with Sony fans?
