I hope you're being sarcastic.

Sounds like they didn't fix it good enough twice.

The only problem i've ever had with nintendo is their nintendo 64 controller. The sticks kept on breaking (bound to happen with it only being 1/10 inch thick). :( they didn't refund me.

The disc drive on my wii started making ominous sounds, and one of our games was scratched so it wouldn't play. I called Nintendo about it, and they immediately sent me a shipping label. I packed up my Wii with promises of it being returned within 12 business days, the family was distraught, that is a long time without Animal crossing, but joy was restored when just two days later the Wii returned, all fixed, and with a replacement disc to boot.

I agree, the service was excellent indeed.

My Wii broke shortly after getting SSBB (on -the day- Spring Break started) and I was completely bummed. I called them up, they were amazingly nice and helpful, and I sent my Wii in. Got it back within 8 days.

The sad part is that I didn't have my Wii during my Spring Break, but the good news is Nintendo's customer service is top of the line.

Top of the line.

I got my Wii at launch and it had a gpu problem a year after I got it. They mailed me a brand new one that I received 2 days later, put my broken one in the box that they sent and that was it. Very simple and very easy. Was on the phone with them for
