Hey guys...I just finished InFamous and WOW....that ending (Hero) blew my away. I was like Whoa.....everything just clicked into place when Kessler said that he was Cole from the future. That was just amazing. Sequel pretty much confirmed....we wanna see that Beast . Where do you think the story is going to head? Is Cole going to battle the beast that caused Kessler to do what he did? Who is the beast? Is it a normal human mutated from the Ray Sphere explosion at the end...I'm thinking it could be John. Once again though....awesome ending.

Other good questions.

1. Who is moya really and what does she want.

2. What happened to sasha ? She got milked by kessler.. but she didn't get killed to our knowledge

3. What happened to alden ? Again he jumped off the bridge and cole presumes he survives because hes a conduit.

4. How did Kessler get the powers in the first place.

I would assume it's related to alden and the first sons somehow, in the future they are involved in making the ray sphere that would later trigger and infect cole somehow. Or maybe the raysphere was a different version from the one exploding in the future.. Not to mention how has the future been affected now that kesslers been there ?

Yeah...Alden was always talking about his birth given right. I'm willing to bet that in the alternate time line he actually took over the whole city...and let loose the Ray Sphere....Kessler probably used it (like Cole at the beginning) to gain the powers. Can't wait to see what they do with it. For all those people that said the story was weak I say "You're weak"...awesome ending

The ray sphere was the cause of Kessler's power which is why he accelerated it's research and gave it to Cole.

The bad guy in the sequel is a pyro though. And because of "Avatar: Last Airbender" I have the (mis?)conception that Lightning is just concentrated fire, which made me think Cole could easily destroy the Fire Villain.

Haha...that is definitely a misconception. Electricity has got to do with electromagnetic induction/conduction and magnetic fields, while fire is more to do with oxidation of materials while letting off energy (heat)

For number 4 Kessler/Cole were going to eventually end up coming in contact with the Ray sphere to get their powers. Kessler just went back in time to speed up this process by seizing control over the First Sons by taking all the time, money and attention away from Alden. My guess is that in Kessler's time Alden is actually the leader of the First sons and when they eventually completed the Ray sphere he probably used Kessler as a lab rat.

I think the Monster that destroyed Kessler's world is actually the Zeke of the future. I mean we all saw how jealous Zeke became of Cole's powers, he was jealous enough to Kill Cole as well as thousands of people in order to gain some super-powers. I'm betting he found a way and became the monster that we see.

He could have been the one to create/release the beast

^^ Zeke could be the monster. At the end....Cole says that he's not sure whether to trust Zeke. The tension between them could increase...and if Zeke was given another chance to gain powers, he would probably take them (but the power corrupts him..and all that Jealousy is turned into hate...aka Must Kill Cole) I'm guessing that Zeke would be a great candidate, even at the beginning of Infamous he was talking that he would like something like Cole had with Trish....therefore, in the alternate timeline, he got the powers (he was still alone) and used it to kill trish and kids, due to jealousy.

He was never going to kill him. Remember the part where he grabs his neck (first time he sees him)...he could have killed him then...but didn't want to. Know we know why...also...he was much more powerful when he first met him...it makes sense why he let him get stronger and stronger.

The only ones that say the story is weak is some useless obscure site, a non credible site like GamePro, and a site that can't be taken seriously like X-Play.  inFamous's story was great and was pretty complex as far as sandbox games go.
