All my life I was used to calculating measurements in ms, cms, etc. And just like you I would laugh at any other measurement technique, but when I started to attend college here in the United States 3 years ago I got used to "imperial measurements." for the sake of school. I'm sorry, I can't respect a measurement system where the base units don't have a relation between themselves. Or does a cubic feet of water weigh a pound? Let alone one that doesn't use decimal....*shrugs*

As for our football team....you seem to be more of a fan of it than me....I'm not, even though it's my country

I'm not asking you to like or dislike the system, but when its used in every grade school and every university, it's just plain wrong to judge the person.

The team is very popular where I come from! Everybody love them.

I don't judge people for using feets and that...though it's great to see when someone that has grown in the that system has moved on to the superior one

5'4", which is about 165cm or something i think. my brother is 6 years younger than me and a whole foot taller. its well unfair..
