Around the Network

looks cool...I'm slightly more interested in it than TC because of co-op

i like it when monsters come so close to the screen and you feel like screaming LoL

it's a great experience on HoTD Overkill, i hope it's as good as Overkill, although it will be hard

Overkill rules!

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

Of course people are going to make L4D comparisons. With good cause.
L4D coop game where you shoot hordes of graphical bad guys
Grinder coop game where you shoot hordes of graphical bad guys
They are the same game with a different coat of paint. But that's not a bad thing in this case. It's not a flooded market yet. Count me in for 1 or 2 more.

So far what we know.
2 months development so far
65 enemies on screen(so far)
WiiSpeak
WiiMP
Aiming for 4 players
Online
Individual lighting effects
HVS "We can do more"
Enemy intractable objects(though windows, over objects...)
did anyone notice the refelction of the landscape in the windows. That's technical prowess.

And just to be a jerk
Chop til you Drop
1 year conversion?
apx20 enemies
single player(like the original)
poor graphical downgrade
poor effects
Capcom "We are really pushing the system"

Now I admit it not fair to compare the single player and multiplayer design, but I mention it because supporting multiplayer and online do require more power that can't be processed to the graphics. So The Grinder in relation is also deviding it's graphical prowess to WiiSpeak, online and multiplayer. Let alone the 45apx extra enemies. Which about 20 were at most Capcom can achieve.

Why i'm being a jerk. Cause I hate companies that make boastful claims, but in reality seriously slacked off.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
