That's different. Fox actually held the rights to make Watchmen. Warner started making the movie before gathering the rights to release it. Fox eventually sued close to release because they could do more damage that way by interrupting the release, but ultimately it was Warner Bros. fault. They tried to make a movie they didn't have the entire rights to make and then begged the courts to let them release it since it was already finished.

This Activision thing is bitch move of the year thus far in videogames.

Activision, WTF. That 15 million you lost is nothing compared to a fanboy's wrath. You just knocked off metacritic points for every game you will ever release. We will screw you on this Activision, make no mistake.

Just because you got money and bought some good franchises, doesn't mean you won't always be Activision in our eyes. The company that we associate with skateboarding...which we hate.

It'll come out, EA will just have to shovel some money on a settlement into Activisions greedy fat ass mouths. Im glad they are finally makeing it clear to everyone they are the ones to hate, not EA.



I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.

EA were hateable a few years ago but I really have to commend them on releasing a lot of great games and continuing to release great games. Even the rebirth of Need For Speed seems to look very nice.


Yeah I have to agree. EA is doing a lot to improve their image. They have started creating innovative new IPs, they seem to be doing great things for new NFS shift and they even dropped stupid DRMs and limited activations they had for pc gaming.

While the Activision does a lot to become most hated company in the gaming world. The worst thing is they have Blizzard now which is bad for pc gamers otherwise I wouldn't care about a single thing they release.
