great analysis hopefully this clears up some of the confusion. I agree with everything in this thread

I mostly play RTS and Moba style games now adays as well as ALOT of benchmarking. I do play other games however such as the witcher 3 and Crysis 3, and recently Ashes of the Singularity. For one simple reason.

Not all video games are played alone

Natal can scan multiple bodies...what are you talking about?

I don't understand what you are trying to say.  The camera can pick up multiple people.  They showed whole families playing a trivia game with one camera, as well as one person acting as the pit crew in the racing game, so... I don't really understand what you are trying to say.  Of all of them, microsoft is probably the best because you don't have to buy a remote for each person that wants to play.

do you have any tech paper on Natal, or are you not able to release anything?

As a comment to your OP, something I brought up in another thread though this seems more technically-oriented:

The 1:1 of the Wiimote and WM+ is orientation only (3 degrees of liberty).

The 1:1 of the Sony external camera+wand system is orientation plus positioning tracking (5 or 6 degrees of liberty, not sure about Z axis)

Both the wiimote and Sony wand can detect X,Y, and Z axis movements as well as rotations. Everything the Sony wand did can be done on the Wii Motion Plus. The EyeToy was just used so you can see yourself, it did not have any other function than that.

good analysis, but as most have said even with inferior technology, wii mote +, will be most successful this generation of systems. Large install base and huge head start on software developed.

Though i do think the natal will be awesome as just a pure tech, doubt too many games will make good use of it anytime soon.

I am not using anything that is confidential. I read all I could find about Natal and researched the APIs and 3rd party technologies which Microsoft licensed for Natal. I've also programmed devices which use 3D depth sensors at my job. However, by the looks of it, Natal is more advanced than those.

@jetrii
question for you
Wii motion plus is the reason why wiimote can detect rotations
how does eyetoy and wand do that?

It (PS3's market share) might hit 30%, but definently not more. ~ Neo

Ignore the eyetoy, it was just used so one could see onself. The Wiimote needed an addon to detect 1:1 motion tracking but the Sony wand has 1:1 motion tracking built into it and can detect it natively. If Sony went out of their way to replicate the Wii experience, did you really think they would release an inferior product? :D

well, it's just from what you have described, it's still the same firmware analogy that I typed up in another thread, it's a specialized I/O device with some advanced camera tech, I'm still not seeing anything that's truly different. so I was asking if you had any hard document on it so I can check but meh.... guess we have to remain in speculation until next year.
