^Hmm... Just how big is the Pikmin following anyways? It's a popular franchise, but I doubt that many people in the world are dying for a new one. Million sellers, yes, but still...

We got 3.20 million pikimin games of the whole franchise. So we most likely have 2 million
hard core fans :)

If Nintendo really pushes pikmin 3 like a primary franchise, then it could double that core fans base. If not more.

it was a GREAT conference showing

a million times better than last year, where i was sad i had a wii for a split second

but also dont forget Silent Hill under third parties ;)



Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6).  This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.

Well, Nintendo has a new Zelda... on the DS.  If Sony pushing everything on the PSP this year counts for something, along with two Mario games there, then Zelda on the DS counts for something.  In regards to the Mario games, I guess Nintendo wants to see if too much Mario is better than not enough.

I count the Wii Vitality Sensor as something like Natal.  You need to see the price point, plus software support, before you pass judgement.  They may actually come out with cool stuff that is like a lie detector or another self-improvement game where you win by getting your stress level down. Again, it is all speculation as of this point.

I love the Conference It was good!!!!, I'm going to buy NSMBW, SMG2, WSR, Metroid M, I was dissapointing for the lack of Zelda, but Miyamoto roundtable confirmed they working on a new Zelda so I got my hopes up!!
