So now i can't voice my opinion on an internet website MADE for it? wow... man i like you better when your drunk atleast then ya can take jokes... No matter what you say i won't believe the wii has "gamer" games, and guess what? Wii HAS good games... For familys... :D My opinion stands when it comes to most gamers prefering (If they own all 3 or 2...) the HD console over the wii one due to the games and online... while there wii just sits there for parties and the like... Im not trolling or anything so what the hell? im just saying that most see/prefer there X360's and PS3's over there Wii, so get over it because chances are man, its fuckin true. -.-

Then why are there tournaments for games like Brawl and Mario Kart Wii?  And then you have entire sites dedicated to playing these games... and I wonder how family has anything to do with not being a gamers game?  So I guess if my mom wants to play Gears of War it's no longer a gamers game it's a Family game, interesting...

And your observations about "gamers" prefering the HD consoles is most likely due to studying online or having friends with similar tastes as yourself, that's cool, but that would be anecdotal evidence... as I and many others even on these forums have more then one console and admit to playing the Wii more, because of the "gamer" games... you can't go touting your opinion as truth especially when you back it up with anecdotal evidence... it just gets on peoples nerves and even if you're not trying to troll it comes off as trolling man... people understand your interests, people understand my interests, I don't go around "but your console doesn't have gamer games" because I don't play much 360 or something.

If most people believe that the 360 and PS3 have better games, then those systems would sell better than they do.

 

Your opinion is merly your opinion. You have no fact to back it. My collection for the Wii consists of 30 plus games so far, all but a few are "hardcore". So how about not espousing your opinion as some sort of fact, and just say you like your system of choice?

Well i didn't know that to be honest, i thought it was online matchs only with brawl and mari kart, so i admit to that hell didn't even knew mario kart HAD online, thats a + for sure for that game must be pretty fun.

And yes im judging my opinions on my buds (in real life) and on PSN/chartz.

From statistics i've noted down about 41% prefers X360, 38% prefer PS3 and the rest the wii. (as the Main gaming console of course...)

Granted i understand theres quite a few on the chartz that prefer the wii, like you for example...

But then we have those like me, makingmusic, Xxain and alot more who choose (in this case) our PS3's as our main gaming consoles.

With that said im sure they game on wii, but im willing to bet they game more on PS3. (In THIS case)

So with that said, i understand your perspective a little more now, but your taking it the wrong way i think. if not just a little bit.

1) I have no idea where those "statistics" come from.

2) I don't trust statistics, as they never seem to include me, or anybody else I know.

3) You are again stating that you base your opinion on your friends, and people from PSN networks, and PS fans here.
