OT: Man, the more I play of this game, the happier I am that I DIDN'T play the demo. It truly would have taken the freshness of this phenomenal game away.

At first I was kinda cheesed that I didn't play/know about the demo. But now I don't regret it at all. Being put right into the middle of it without knowing what to expect was freakin awesome.

Akvod - Try getting the first upgrade for your (not sure what its called but my default its L1 + X). It makes it so that when they get hit by that attack, they get tossed but stay in the air for quite a bit before hitting the ground. It's very easy to Melee them when they are suspsended in mid-air.

I'm so pissed I have to study for exams right now when I could be playing this damn game some more.

If i got this it's such a leap of faith. Everyone says its good but the demo was not to my taste at all.

I never tried the demo, but if you didn't like it, chances are you will not enjoy the game.

Get this one if you like sandbox superhero games (the best of which was Spiderman 2 for PS2 untill now). It's kindof like a mashup of Assassin's Creed, GTA, Fable and Spiderman 2.

I just got this game, it is pure AWESOME.  I was one of those guys that did not follow the flock and buy the new GTA 4 game, I read the reviews and did not fall in love with it like I did San Andreas on the PS2.  This game is like a breath of fresh air, the city actually feels alive (people were taking my picture and acting like they were happy to see me after I killed a group of reavers on multiple roof tops).  You actually get the feeling that you "are"  a famous savior or hero.  But when you are bad, they really let you know they do not like you (hollaring at you, one guy acted like I was going to attack a group of people and actually told everyone to run).  This game is very cool.

^^ LOL after I finished the games first mission people started following me around throwing rocks at me. I could hear Cole say "I gave you people the food, what more do you want?". That's when I realized that Empire City was just like a real living, breathing city.
