Everyone has a PC and piracy is extremely easy?

PC sucks, period. It gets one good exclusive in 2 years, there is no reason to own a gaming PC.

bit of a pity, since PC gaming is so much easier in my opinion. I very rarely have problems, and if i do i just fix them.

Actually HD consoles are the biggest waste of money I´ve seen. They half-ass PC features and as a result get half-ass games which aren´t as good as games that came out on the PC 5 years ago or more. Talk about pathetic.

If people say they get X360 becouse multiplatform games look better on it then on PS3 then so much can be said on PC gaming.

I play TRU 1920x1200 with AA x8 AF x16 on X360 it's something like 1280x720 with AAx2 or AAx4  :)

I just don't like it. It is probably due to the fact that I use a laptop, which is decent strength, but not top of the line, so everything is sluggish.... I do play RTSs, but I am not just so used to a gamepad I much prefer console gaming (especially with achievements/trophies)

Actually I feel the same way. I'm just not too much into configuring my pc for every second game. Therefore, PC-gaming is for me an on and off. Every 4-6 years I get myself an average PC, play the best games from the years I missed, and 1-2 years after that I get a console.

As it's normally not a problem for me to play games a year after the hype, it's even the cheapest solution

I love console and PC gaming. Console gaming because some games only come to consoles and it has local multiplayer and PC gaming because graphics are beyond consoles, some games are a lot better to play with PC (Almost all FPS games, almost all RPG's, all strategy games) and internet multiplayer in beyond the consoles.

PC gaming far from sucks.

Go play TF2 on PC then 360/PS3 and tell me which one sucks. The Orange Box should be considered a PC exclusive IMO and it's one of the best collections of the past 10 years.

Supreme Commander on 360 is another game where the PC version should be considered PC exclusive. It' doesn't even run on 360.

Free DLC instead of being nickel and dimed every 2 months for a couple extra MB of content.

Choice of any controller including Wii-mote.

Pay for online multiplayer, WTF????

All this without having to mention improved graphics, cheaper games, mods and the best version of each multiplatform.

never had crash problems in games... console or PC... and I played mainly PC for about 5 years starting in the first pentium era. Computer crashed, yes, but not during gaming :p

On the other hand, I hate CDs/DVDs as a gaming medium... prone to break (Diablo 2 while spinning in the drive for me) or be scrached...

I hope the next game media is back to memory cards like the DS :p should be cheap enough by now...

Yeah I feel ya. Having XP means your vulnerable as fuck to viruses. I got one that was so nasty it actually latched itself onto my fuckin bios. Even doing system restore would crash the mother. SO I upgrade to Vista and now I'm protected from viruses more but now games that were running smooth on XP chug along. I wanted to upgrade my CPU, but I would have needed to upgrade my mobo. After months of stress I asked myself "why the hell am I stressing myself over this shit when I have a PS3?"

You see all these PC gamers talk about how they have amazing super powered PC's, but the most popular PC games are still from like 2004: WoW, counterstrike. You can keep that. I'll use my PS3 to play the latest games and never worry about crashes/bugs/patches/GPU's/CPUs/Mobo's ever again.
