So cool that the top will no longer be flash. With that, 90% of my problems with this site disappeared. Good news, I can surf on my iPhone again.

I personally dont have any problems with the new design anymore, youve fixed all the issues i had. I think you've done a great job with 2.0. Its great to see the improvements happening so quickly.


I just have one question that ive been wondering about for a while. Will you ever bring back the graphs that used to be in the game pages? I personally found they were more informative than the first 10 weeks of sales, because they continued on after that and you could really see a games legs or lack there of.

I scroll over to hit one of the links and it disappears. So they are quick, but not how intended. Hope you can fix it.

Well that addresses the two things I (politely note) pointed out. So I'm happy.

So far I quite like it, but I must point out that there is one issue that existed with the prior version which has not been addressed by 2.0.

Go to the game database and try and tell me what the top 20 selling games of this gen are. You have two choices, either search each platform on its own (which means 5 different searches, with you keeping track of each games sales), or doing one search of all games and trying to only count this gens while ignoring NES, Snes, Genises, PS1, PS2 and anything else.

For a site that tracks the hardware sales of only current gen consoles (even PS2 sales aren't counted on the front page) the lack of an ability to limit your search of game sales to this current gen seems odd and absurd. Whether it be the ability to search multiple platforms at once or the ability to select a "current gen" button on the database search, there needs to be a way to see all the DS, PSP, 360, PS3 and Wii games at once, or even just the 3 consoles, without every other game ever made getting in the way.

That is my 2 cents... or 20 won.

I don't want to see any white text on a dark background. Please make an option to have a white background with black/blue text. And most professional websites have a lighter background.

Overall, I think the new site is great, especially the game database.

It's a shame you put the profiles to the way they were before, I liked the new one much better, and I think the complaints were only due to people being used to the old layout.

If we are talking minor annoyances, the quick links box has one. If I do a mouse-over on "Quick Links" to make the box appear, I can't go straight to anything that isn't in the lower row.

I'm curios as to what the tracking of a game will do? Will we be prompted whenever something happens in the database, or will we have options, like to be prompted when a game hits a million sold?

Overall, I'm very pleased about the new site. Yes, it took some getting used to, but I don't want to go back.

This isn't going to be very constructive, but I just want to say that I love what you've done with the site and I very much appreciate all of the hard work that you've put into it.
