Found another quirk: answered a post quoting, in the message composition form the quoted part was black text on dark grey background, unreadable without highlighting it with the mouse.
Once posted it was OK again and up until now it happened only once anyway, I don't know what happened...

Edit: Another possible bug, the post button every now and then doesn't work at the first click, particularly using the "quick reply" form. And the unrecoverable FF freezes I experienced all happened this way with this event sequence: first click on "Post", nothing happened, second click freeze (most probably Flash related, as in the old VGC similar events were solvable, under linux, without closing FF, but simply killing the process "npviewer.bin", now, when it happened in VGC 2.0, "npviewer.bin" became unkillable and it was necessary to kill FF and restart it).

Game database, I don't think the games' titles themselves should be colour-coded. It makes the database really ugly and annoying to read. Since we've already got the console titles coded, it's kinda unnecessary to throw in MORE color coding.

My only problem is my old pentium 3 laptop just gags on the new site. Scrolling even on the forums is still really slow and uses most of my CPU runtime, and don 't get me started on the flash content on the home page. But on my Pentium 4 desktop the site runs great and is wonderful.

Nice work changing the colours on the main page. You can still tell where the thread is coming from with a glance; red for sony, green for MS etc which is what you were going for, but it's not as harsh on the eyes. Definitely a step in the right direction in my opinion. Are you experimenting, or will that be permanent?

Changing the colour of the poster below a new thread, so it's different to that of gaming, website and PC discussion, the sort of light brownish colour, might also help with distinguishing things easier.

For Example: on the main page now this thread 'The Official vgchartz 2.0 thread' has 'Website discussion' then it's author 'ioi' in the same colour.

VGChartz 2.0 looks great. It looks more professional as well. Not saying the old look didn't. Kudos to the design team for such a great job. Now to many more years of VGChartz :)

Again, relatively minor. When I go to the Game Search page, the "Game Title" section entry bar is yellow. The text is white, so it is very difficult to read. Let me show you:

I just tried to edit my post in the rich text reply. The text is the same as it is on the forums, I think this is a mistake, because when it comes to graphics and images it could be difficult to present it how you wish by working off a grey background. It would work better if the edit was black text on a white background so the rich textpost can be managed in a more legible manner.

Strange, mine is black as the rest of the fields...I never saw that yellow field
