Great thread :´D

Day 1 for me, and soon I will kick your ass in the game .

I wonder if there would be cool signature just like in brawl,in which we can put our friend code?I hope so since it will be awesome to have a The Conduit signature. The Metroid compilation is something I am looking for the most too.

im planning to rent it day 1.

If nothing else I have a saved spot for friend codes and if we get good enough group together we'll start a League/clan which will be pretty fun.

"The first official review for High Voltage Software's upcoming Wii shooter, The Conduit, has been released. The review comes out of the newest issue of Nintendo Power, issue 243.
Nintendo Power gave The Conduit an 8.0 out of 10, praising the game's level design and weapons selection as well as the "impressively smooth online experience."

However, Nintendo Power said that the story of the game was predictable and that the AI of the game was "unimpressive." Nintendo Power went on to say that there was a lack of destructible environments, and that The Conduit fails to "measure up to the 'big guns' of the industry.""

The Conduit seems to start well, but not as good as has to be, specially if you see the reviews of games like Call of Duty, for example.
We 'll have to wait for more reviews, but maybe can't reach real high's scores. What do you think??

Much better thread than the other few "official" threads that people tried to make. Least you actually put effort into it / and will update it.

Well the thing is you have to request making an official thread and I've had dibs for a while since making the information thread.

AI has always been dumb,in every FPS I have played. In Resident Evil games, the zombies may throw in a juke move once in a while, but usually they are just easy targets.

As for lack of destructible environments, to me it isn't necessary. The big guns of the industry aren't on Nintendo consoles,so the idea that this doesn't compare is understandable. HVS doesn't have the history nor the budget to match their expensive production values.

Oh yeah, Call of Duty: World at War's campaign was a sleeping pill wrapped in jungle.

^Ahhhhhhhhhhh... CoD:WaW campaign wasn't that bad.... Also, there was a Europe and Pacific areas to campaign.  Last time I checked there wasn't jungle in Europe.
