It doesn't matter. At its best, the Hulk's healing factor is faster than Wolverine's. He's essentially unkillable unless you're, like, Galactus.

Superman's a nice guy.  So Hulk wasn't angry enough.  Kratos however, is a real vengeful emo jerk.  He'd piss off Hulk, and that would be bad.

Well I will be 100% honest, my knowledge on the hulk is fairly limited, but I was under the impression that the Hulk and Bruce Banner were one in the same.

Well yah, but it's generally understood that there's a beginning and an end to these fights. It's Hulk vs. Kratos, so it's assumed that he's going to be in Hulk form unless he stops wanting to kill Kratos for whatever reason.

More, when does Kratos lose? I still say killing him counts as a win, even if he comes back later, and Hulk would probably tear him to pieces.

Hell, Ultimate Hulk would tear him to pieces and eat his entrails.

Aha, but I've already acknowledged the fact that the Hulk could kill Kratos with one punch, however; Kratos is able to keep coming back any number of times until he wins.

Which is really the flaw to these whole Kratos vs Whoever threads. As no real guidelines to the fight are ever established anyone could argue that Kratos would win as he has unlimited continues. 

Until Hulk starts wondering where the little stabby man keeps coming from and then goes to Hell and blows it up with one punch!

Where would Kratos go when he died if the Hulk blew up hell anyways?

If we're going to assume that there is a Hades and that this is in Kratos's universe instead of the Marvel universe or any weird hybrid, then if Kratos "won" Hulk would punch his way out of Hades even harder and quicker than Kratos, destroy all of Hades and every God in the underworld and everywhere else. Then he'd punch Kratos. Then he'd punch the moon into the sun. He's a monster.
