The music from WindWaker was exceptional. I really hope they go with a folk vibe, preferably Celtic as in WW, as well as orchestral renditions of the classic Zelda songs.

I think you're right about Koji Kondo. It's the same deal with New Super Mario Bros., the music isn't bad but it doesn't have the charm and lasting abilityi of the older games.

Well, you're actually pretty much right if we don't count fanfares.  Here's the official Zelda 1 track list:

1. Title BGM

2. Overworld BGM

3. Underworld BGM  (dungeon theme)

4. Death Mountain BGM (the final dungeon theme)

5. Get Triforce Fanfare

6. Zelda is Rescue Fanfare

7. Game Over

8. Ending Theme

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Midi forever. It also goes to say that I love TP's soundtrack, and all the others I've heard as well. I have barely played PH, so I can't say for sure about that one.

One song I loved in TP was the arranged "Goron City" theme on Death Mountain - nice percussion and brass sections in this one!

Well, you see Ken, that's exactly the thing that's going on here. We love our old Zelda songs too much that we can hardly get used to hearing something else! xD

I'm sure that if Zelda Wii would only have remixes of old Zelda songs, it would be too good. I suggest they don't do that unless they want the Wii to explode from too much awesome.
