Nintendo, because they play by a formula way too much. All of their main characters (Mario, Link, Samus) are silent protagonist for the most part and aren't fleshed out enough. They don't flesh out the personality because that would mean there is a chance that people wouldn't relate as well to them. The only games I can stand from Nintendo are Fire Emblem and Zelda (and both of these titles need to change their formula a bit as well).

How do you breathe again?

How can you hate Mario, yet love Pizza?

Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.

Publisher:

Electronic Arts. They release crappy game after crappy game. Every so often, they make something that is actually really good, but for every Burnout Paradise, there's a Need For Speed Undercover. They used to be WAY better than they are now.

Developer:

Ubisoft. They could also win the publisher "award", and EA could win the developer "award". Again, occasionally they make a really good game, but for the most part they run franchises into the ground. They're better than EA, though. Much better. Another reason they are on here is Splinter Cell Conviction's Microsoft exclusivity. That is just horrible

EDIT: Gamecock is a publisher? Didn't know that.

Publisher: LucasArts. Once one of the shining stars of the publishing world, LucasArts bowed down at the altar of George and now, like most things in the Lucas world, sucks balls.

Developer: I can't really pick just one because I don't think one stands out over the others.

Nintendo - I can only play as Mario so many times before it becomes the same old game
