Which do you prefer and why?

*Smash Bros., Jump Ultimate Stars, and the like are excluded.  I consider them Brawlers as opposed to Technical Fighters.  Plus putting SSB on one side just makes it really unfair...*

Traditional fighters. Street Fighter is my favorite fighting game.

traditional fighters for me, it was once my second favorite genre behind platformers, in the hay days of street fighter 2 and mortal kombat.

Since SSBB isn't considered Non-traditional, I'll have to go with traditional since I still enjoy a good Tekken and Marvel Vs Capcom match.

Why is melty blood and arcana hearts not traditional...SSBB, power stone, are my examples of non traditional fighters

It's a semi-arbitrary category.
But yeah, Act cadenza feels like a traditional fighter, even tag matches where you have 2 characters similar to Marvel vs Capcom. It's just less mainstream.
