Dude, you're so full of sh*t that it's not funny. The Us had invaded Iraq under false pretences lying to the whole world about the situation in the country. It's always been about getting the oil, especially seeing how fast american and a couple european companies quickly got very lucrative trade rights for natural resources.

America invading a different country is no better than Germany and Russia attacking Poland in September 1939, and you trying to somehow explain the situation by throwing the blame on the iraqies shows just how ignorant you are. After all did Iraq ever do anything to you? Or your country?

No. It didn't, they didn't attack you first, they didn't invade you first. The alliance troups first declared war by invading air and teritorial borders. The first gulf war was your own damn choice to get involved. Also the fact that your government has to push its nose everywhere doesn't make the Us look anymore friendly for the middle east countries.

Germany and Russia wanted to take over the world. America is civilized! That's the difference.

I'd prefer civilized countries get a hold of that oil over those fucking loons. They would just spend it on more guns and bombs.

This is a good post

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Alot of us know alot more than you think we do. The awful truth is that the rest of the world knows exactly what happened prior to Iraq and if we had power mechanisms involved, and control over UN mandates, your former president and vice president would be in the Hague for war crimes.

Hey guys... this is the gaming forum. If you want to argue about the wars and stuff, how about making a thread in Off-Topic?

Sorry but this thread is about why Konami decided to drop 'Six days in Fallujah' which certainly had nothing to do with gaming.

And anyway how do you define 'gaming topic'? Is it not allowed to discuss about the story or the setting of a game?

Gaming as a medium has a story telling potential and so people will agree and disagree about a subject of a video game especially if that subject is as historically significant as the Iraq war. By putting forward 'no discussions except for strictly games' you are only limiting the scope of this forum.

By your definition we should also stop Operating Systems, web browsers and graphic card related discussions.

I completely agree. And a majority of the american people have continuously opposed the Iraq war (look at the polls) Its just that the american people do not have any control over what decisions the congress and the government take.

If it were upto the people the war would have stopped long ago.
