What announcement can be more "major" then the game itself?

If they show ingame screenshots people scream "Whoah they (Sony) are getting cocky) .
If they show pre rendered screenshots then people scream "Whoah , look at the bullshots, no way is that ingame "

Either way, complainers will complain.

The only problem is when they show pre-rendered and say that it is ingame!
