I've just finished the game. I am not going to spoiler anything but I must say: wow at this game. the atmosphere, the music, the graphics...everything works and this is my favourite wii game since mario galaxy. It's even from third party. just wow.

I kinda felt sad at the ending. I guess there is going to be a sequel. at least I hope so. still the ending worked for me and I feleel the 20 hours I've put in this game was totally worth it :)

Must...resist...highlighting...spoilers....

Personally I was a bit dissapointed by the end. I really wonder if there are any alternate endings. I usually never continue playing a game once I've beaten it but I'm considering to try to get 100% on all the princesses's requests and see if anything else happens

did this really only take you 20 hours to beat? i thought i read somewhere the game was like 80 hours long.

did you not do the side quest stuff or something?

come try out the computer game i've been working on for my high school senior project, titled sling ball. http://vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=76669&page=1

you can view a few screenshots from the game in my photo album here; http://www.vgchartz.com/photos/album.php?album=2312

for me it took about 30 hours, not counting numerous game overs. I still have a lot of hidden stuff to find, so I might go back to it to see if there are any alternate endings or if anything happens when you get 100%

I have to admit I wanted to see the ending and so I rushed a little bit. but I definitely will do them now.
I was a little bit surprised since I've read everywhere this game is really long but my save file says 19 hours and 53 min. played. I owned every place besides of the turnip forrest(which I still don't know how to get there. there are doors blocking my way)
I kinda don't understand why you can't continue once you have beaten the game.

maybe you are right.

but I liked the idea that everything you've done in the game was an imagination of a kid.

I hate the map in this game. I keep getting lost.

SPOILER ALERT BUT NEED HELP Could someone please PM me to let me know how to use the Gormet chefs and the advanced carpenters?  Feel like I wasted money on them but can't find any use for them.
