Geez... I didn't care for both. I guess I would say Mario 64.
The only platformer I enjoyed from that generation was Rayman 2.

SM64 only because I never played DK64 :P
Both however are vastly inferior to the first 2 Banjos
Super Mario 64. DK 64 was a good game but they overdid it with the collectibles and the different characters mostly played the same.
Imo, Banjo Kazooie beats them both.
Super Mario 64...It has more replay value for me and I felt that there's more freedom in SM64 (like shortcuts/glitches/etc.)
