Well it looks like i'm buying this, cause i love sci fi and loot games.  at least i'll be able to play coop with my bro in this game which is a plus

Rent it. Point blank - and then determine if you like it or not. We all have different opinions. If you can afford it, buy it, but renting is good and you can figure out if you like it or not.

Yes, the case is a great replacement for any cracked 360 cases you may have laying around. DVDs also make challenging skeet targets.

I mostly play RTS and Moba style games now adays as well as ALOT of benchmarking. I do play other games however such as the witcher 3 and Crysis 3, and recently Ashes of the Singularity. I love gaming on the cutting edge and refuse to accept any compromises. Proud member of the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race. Long Live SHIO!!!!

Buy. Don't listen to haters. Based on what you said, its you're type of game. Just read up on some things so you know about some of the more obscure parts of the game (Charm quests and whatnot). First game of this type that I've ever played and I spent nearly 60 hours with it.

Pros
* Graphics are good, especially the level design which is brilliant - yes
* Music and sound effects are excellent - good, not great
* Voice work is good, could be better - good, not great
* Controls, once you get them are fantastic - I'm not sure here. You really need to put 3 hours to get them. If you put the game for more then 2 days or play something else you need to start again.
* Addictive game, just like Diablo 2 - It is OK, but is not like Diablo 2.
* 50+ monsters on the screen at once + coop and no lag - yes
* Coop is fantastic - yes
* Major replay value - if you like the game, yes
* The story has major potential - yes

Cons
* Steep learning curve - this is not Cons, but Pros IMO
* Camera is a bit glitchy but workable - No camera control is ****
* Story loses focus for a while, but comes back strong in the end - yes
* Not your standard game so many people will not give it a chance - yes
* More monsters would be nice - I think they are enough
* Had to replay a very long level in coop because other player got stuck in wall - ???
* Menu system is not great - good, not great

Too Human is "love it or hate it" game.
