No matter how great a game in the past was, I would rather get a new experience than a facelift on the same game again. The gaming industry's sequel-itis is bad enough, what's worse is rereleasing old games with a fresh coat of paint. I mean, why not just play Final Fantasy 7 again if you like it so much? If you can't enjoy a game unless it has cutting edge graphics, I mostly feel sorry for you.

Also, if Nintendo does yet another Ocarina rerelease with Wii controls, I'm going to be thoroughly depressed.

I would like to see the director's cut remake of FF7. I'm not going to get into all the changes, but if you search the FF7 communities on the internet, they believe Aeris was supposed to return in the game. They believe Square had to rush the game to release on time so they left some things out. If this is true, I would love to have this "complete" game.

I want XIII more, but VII remake would be much more important if it were exclusive to Sony (assuming that FF13 was still exclusive, 13 VS 7 remake, 7 remake would get them more sales).

I just found my PC version of FFVII, my friend's guide book for the PS1 version, and a bunch of enhancement mods.

I'd rather see FFXIII than a remake of FFVII right now :P

FFVII remake for sure. FFXIII doesn't interest me. It's been about 8 years since I first played FFVII, so it would feel like a new game.

FFVXIII, on the other hand, looks amazingly dark. I would choose that in an instant.
