Forums - General Discussion - So, your house is on fire...

...and you have a chance to recover a valuable item(s).

To avoid any controversy, all your family members made it out safely, including pets.

You have a choice of up to three items to save.

This could be a TV, PC and a console, a console with two games, a family urn, some clothing, priceless items etc.

For me, I would save my Nintendo Wii with Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. If you are wondering with what TV I would play it with, I will collect insurance on the TV.

What would be the three things you will save?

My bed frame.

If I have enough time to actually get that out then I have enough time to call family members and firemen who can save the rest.

My purse, PSP and I'd put all the games into the purse... Might be cheaty but come on, I can't decide and logically UMDs are small and fit in!

My computer with all my photos and homework and diaries on it.

My really nice camera.

My really big TV.

I guess I'd lose my entire Game Boy collection, NES game collection, DVD collection, and record collection. That would suck. But I'd be able to sell the big TV, hopefully for enough money to buy a small TV and books for school. And I'd get to take photos of my house burning down, which would look pretty cool.

My laptop... screw anything else, the insurance will cover that, but files can't be bought back.

Without this 3 item rule I would just grab literally anything of value I could get hold of.

I'd summon a Kool-aid guy to break the wall in the living room so i could hoard everything out :o

^ LOL WTF!!!

personal items such as a hat my great uncle wore in WWII, my currency collection, and 1 other item insurance can't possibly cover (can't think at the moment). Everything else would be covered so I don't care.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

You would sacrifice Mr. Kool-Aid to get your items?!? Not cool!

My Playstation 3, my Bravia 46'' HDTV, and one game....hmmmmm hard....but I would go with my Metal Gear Solid game.
