i got the game today and i was wondering what everyone thought of this game? i never owned a burnout game before, but i decided to give this game a try.

It's awesome, one of the best driving games of the generation!

Burnout Paradise is an amazing game.

It's fun, open world, online, fast, intense races, DLC to boot...

Maybe the best feature is, it doesn't matter what system you buy it for it's the same on All ~ Awsome.

Online is quick as shit (laxative speaking) seamless, click of a button and your online, challenges are kick ass, online is just flat out Good Times.

Man... I think I'm going to turn this baby on and play.... lol

Prepare for high levels of anger when playing, especially in some of the middle-races (where they're hard, but you don't have really good cars, yet).

It's a lot of fun. I loveeeee the seamless online integration. You don't enter a lobby and wait for a level to load, you just use the dpad to find a game, enter, and you're put right into it, your car stays in the same place in the city and theres other people somewhere in the city with you now.

Who wants to meet me in the Baseball stadium to get the trophy? I need 7 people :D

I wanted to buy the game until I read if you lose a race or want to retry it, you have to drive back to the location on the open world map and that put me off :s I just found that really annoying.

Is this true and how annoying is it? I can imagine it happening a lot when you reach the more difficult stages of the game where you have to keep driving back and forward to retry.
