Past that, if Hellboy 2 was any indication, Del Toro has a relatively marketable name.

I can't really see a negative in that scenario (Other than, y'know, the movie being made )

Well, as much as the thought of the film bothers me I know I will watch it.

Anyway, I was watching my brother play Shadow of the Collousus, and it just looked a bit rubbish graphically, and that did put me off playing it myself, but still an impressive game nonetheless. Hopefully they can re-release it with a next-gen coat of paint

 

Was he playing on an HDTV?

When I pop the game into my PS3 and play it my HDTV the game for some reason does not look as good as it did with the PS2 on my old SDTV.

Yeah, I thought that might be the reason

Well, if your expectations are low it is much easier to be surprised. It is the best way to appreciate things.

It is without a doubt the reason. When played on an HDTV with the PS3 the game displays so many jaggies.

the horse is really nice...once you get him moving a bit. of course the real issue i had with some of the animations were those of the main character.
