... and me being the devious genious that I am i bought a bundle in Game so that the wii came with madworld and house of the dead: overkill. Now you must be asking yourself why would I buy my 8 year old cousin those games... well truthfully I had hoped that his dad would be so disgusted by them that i could easily take them off his hands and add them to my collection in exchange for some games that i no longer play (i wanted to give my cousin need for speed carban and mario galaxy), and this would have also motivated me to send my wii to get fixed.

However things didn't exactly go to plan... as when my uncle saw those games he wasn't angry at the games that i picked out, he was more or less very interested in them, so much so that he decided to keep them. and i was confused because all he is normally interested in is pro evo and fifa.

I asked if he wanted to swap them for any of my games and his exact words were 'don't kid yourself. I got big boy games here, i wanna  play them so you can't have them'.

needless to say I was pissed about the situation as my plan backfired on me and i lost out on two sweet games. However my uncle has been playing overkill religiously... hopefully when my cousin is not in the room. Maybe theres still hope that i can take madworld off him, but at this rate he'll probably take all my games off my hands.

Well done Nintendo and Sega, you broadend my uncles range of gaming... i dont know whether to be happy or sad.

And the moral of the story is?..

no moral... just thought i'd share...

.. but if i was to come up with one it would be that sega are bringing out really good games and now i can see first hand how much nintendo is expanding the market... good enough?

Why don't you just swap games for a month or something?

I would love to do that... but my wii is not working at the moment, so i need to send it off for repairs. If i had ended up with those games however it would have motivated me enough to send it off to get fixed.

The only reason why u haven't got it fixed yet is because i haven't bought new games for it, and I' not willing to spend money on games when my console isn't working... however if it was a free game like madworld i would send it off in a heartbeat... and yes i know i sound cheap but times are hard right now

lol, you can forget about ever seeing Overkill again. That game is addictive as hell!
