Jurrassic park on Super nes, when you're playing with the FPS view (I was young lol)

Super Marios Bros. 2's boss music used to kind of freak me out.

I remember when I was runing toward the first Bowser fight in Super Mario 64, when the picture of Peach turns into a picture of Bowser? I remember turning right around, running the other way, and just running around Bob-Omb Battlefield for a few hours to build up my courage.

OBLIVION. When you go down into some dungeons and you havent got a clue what will be there. They were heart stopping moments.

Forbidden Forest, the round with the lightnings. I know, I'm old...

Yeah that part with Peach morphing into Bowser was pretty scary. Gave me goosebumps for a while.

I used to get scared while playing Prince of Persia as a teenager. That's one of the reasons why I never finished that game without cheats. The castle felt so empty and desolated, with only a few scattered enemies.

And then they drop the damned floor out from under you! There goes all my false courage, Nintendo.

I'm not kidding when I say this slightly disturbs me...

Metal Gear Solid. I dont really know why but it was just eeire for some reason, maybe it was walking around the corridors with the top down perspective and not knowing what was around the corner lol

Thoughts?

It happened to me, during MGS2... when Raiden and snake are fighting in that big area and the AI is trying to disturb you ...

When the failed mission screen appeared while I was still playing... It was scary for a second (WTF is happening ?).

In the past it was Wolfenstein 3D with the "Halt !! Stop !!" ..BRRR

More recently Bioshock scared me

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

Mabinogi's Lungfish. They just creep me out...
