Forums - Nintendo Discussion - NFS: Pro Street Wii screens

Maybe they unlock the higher resolutions for taking screenshots only... maybe.

Totally forgot to comment on the pics lol. They look very fine. Is good to see EA investing more than 5 minutes on a game.

They did exactly what I thought needs to be done to keep Wii games not that far from the others: Lower the texture's resolution. Compare the BMW's drawings vs. this PC's ver. pic http://xbox360media.ign.com/xbox360/image/article/817/817944/need-for-speed-prostreet-20070905103819320.jpg

It doesn't looks that bad ain't it? I'm sure it could look better, but it's something... specially considering it's EA.

Lookin' good EA.....lookin' good!!! Then again those are its looks....not its actions. Meaning, lets see how this plays!

Generation 8 Predictions so far.....(as of 9/2013)

Console that will sell most: Nintendo Wii U

Who will sell more consoles between Microsoft/SONY: SONY

Well, EA is known to "bullshot" their screens...

Pssssshhhhh. Why get this when you can get Cruisin' Wii?

Never argue with an idiot.  They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

If those are indeed in game screens, they look awesome! Now... Let's wait to see the gameplay...

I think those are in game screen shots. Gran Turismo 4 for the PS2 has screen almost comparable to these and supported a 1080i resolution.

If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba

I was just thinking about GT. Of course a lot of that detail was from not including damage on the cars, but considering how powerful the Wii is (despite how some insist otherwise), a racing game on the Wii can easily have that kind of texturing and sading, while including damage.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Looking very good; EA and Ninty best friends this generation.

Crap... that's not a good thing by default... friends are a bad influence sometimes...

Sorry for all the EA hate but... well, you know.
