The Story
I was a hardcore playstaion guy i owned a ps1 and ps2 and ps3 got rid of my ps1 wen i bought a ps2 and then got rid of my ps2 wen i bought a ps3 b/c they had B/C so i didnt need them. Then my 60gb PS3 broke the bluray drive wouldnt read anything anymore i never had a console break on me i even have my artari 2600 working still im not a hardcore gamer so i dont abuse or over work my consoles.
I was thinking of sending it in to get fixed i would have to pay b/c i didnt buy a warranty for my ps3 and its been awhile since i bought it. I am a very religious person so wen it broke i really sat down to think about everything and wat i would do for my future of gaming i took it as a sign from a higher power telling me that it was time to go jump in
While i was thinking these things came up
PS3 launched with no rumble that got me upset b/c i had to play the early games with no rumble
PS3 launched with no trophy support that got me upset b/c everything was all mess up games had it others didnt MGS4 still doesnt have it WTF GTA4 came out after MGS and got trophy support last year
I played Gears 1 at a friends house and was like damn its good wen will the PS3 get a mature TPS
Most all the games i like are going multipalt and will continue to get more aggressive as the years go buy and i think the 360 is getting alot of exclusives that PS3 isnt or the ps3 versions are not as good and are timed released
Wat i did
Bought a 360 arcade it came with those baby games Xbox Live Arcade titles Boom Boom Rocket, Feeding Frenzy, Luxor 2 Pac-ManChamp Edition and Uno and the holiday bundle superstar tennis for 199$
Bought a 120gb HDD from Circut City for a whooping 80$
Bought RE5 for the 360 for 60$
Bought Gears 1, GTA4, and Nascar 09 for 25$ and 35$ and 26$
Sold my broke 60g PS3 and 2 DS3 to Gamestop for 200$ store credit that i used to buy a 360 was very lucky they didnt try to see if it would read anything they just plugged it in to see if the menu would come up lucky me the guy must of been a 360 fanand wanted me to switch over
Sold Uncharted and gta4 ps3 versions to a kid near me for 60$ cash
Sold Nascar 09, NFS undercover, Lost WWE SvsR09 all for about 30$ store credit at GS
Gave back RE5 ps3 to Walmart for 60$ cash
Money spent
ps3 trade in value = the same amount i bought a 360 arcade so 0$ spent
wasted 60$ to buy RE5 360 so 60$ wasted
wasted 85$ at GS for used games bought but used 30$ store credit i had from ps3 games and used 60$ i got from selling ps3 games to kid after tax about 0$ spent
bought a 120gb HDD from Circut City 80$ spent
grand total only about 140$ spent to to the switch over
but i did spend 100$ on a 160gb HDD for my ps3 that is now just sitting around i try to sell it or put it in a PC or laptop

I havent yet connected my 360 to the internet b/c i dont have a long enough line so ill wait till i buy the adapter to go online I dont want to run a long line its to messy for me and last gen technology i dont play much online anyway though
Questions
I heard the wireless adapter that MS makes for the 360 sux and is hard to install and get working is that true?
Did i do a smart choice in all this or did i mess up going to 360 from PS3?
Game recommendations and future games to be hyped about ?
Im sorry to my former sony alliance but im now turned 360 so if i delete u from my VGC friends list dont be to upset its just isnt right anymore me being a xbox owner and all I will eventually buy a PS2 to play my ps2 and 1 games but ill wait i don't really play them anymore but it would be nice to have one if i ever wanted to play them
