Yes,i'm a little positive for PS3 future, in my opinion PS3 had an early release, 2007 was a mediocre year for the PS3, but 2008 was very good, but 2009 looking awesome, finally PS3 has a complete line up this year, FPS,TPS,Adventure,Platform(Ratchet or Ape Escape 4?), JRPG and Action.

Sales are ok, but with a price cut for west and a solid line  up for japan sales will be strong, PS3 cycle life reminds me PS1.

FFXIII coming this year will grant 1mln + sales in Japan alone. In comparison with what they will sell without FFXIII. So 2009 will be a better year for the PS3 if that happens. If we also have a price cut and GT5 + GoW3, then we'll start to experience PS2 numbers.

PS support amazes me as well.  Admist being in third and the most expensive console this gen, 3rd parties are still supporting it with multi-platform titles as well as exclusives.  And I like your sig as well.  These facts are a thorn in the sides of fanboys.

Looking in an xbox360 magazine at the xbox360 line up for this year yesterday made me really think about how this year could end for sony. There were likes 7 games!

to me 2008 was the year of ps3, cause of MGS4, LBP , Valkyria Chronicles and Resistance

while on the xbox , i honestly didnt like Gears as much as the first one and i didnt buy Left 4 dead on Xbox i bought it on Steam
