Looks like a direct sequel to Phantom Hourglass. Link looks exactly the same, graphics are exactly the same, animations, and even those lizard dudes are back.

I hope they explain this well.

This game looks amazing. As long as i can control link, unlike in PH, i'll be happy.

Way to focus on the positive.

two DS zeldas vs. ZERO wii zeldas??? I mean COME ON! (TP was a GC port). NOT ANNOUNCING a new zelda for DS would have been much easier on my fragile heart (now broken) than showing TRAILERS & GAMEPLAY of a new DS zelda and the Wii without so mush as a peep or a reassuring sentance that a "Wii" Zelda is on the way.

I know around E3 08 nintendo said that the "zelda team" was at work sadly it seems that they've most likely been working on this and not on a Wii zelda, which probably means we might have to wait a few YEARS before we ever see a Wii zelda.

I would have honestly prefered not to have heared about this, now i must face the fact that "zelda wii" might not even arrive 'till late 2010/ early 2011 which would make approximately FIVE YEARS since a real console zelda was relesed instead of the usual 2-3 years

(LoZ:OoT 1998 -----> LoZ:MM 2000 -----> LoZ:WW 2003 -----> LoZ:TP 2006 -----> LoZ:Wii 2011?)

I just feel like the Wii is being left behind while the DS gets Pokemon, Zelda, Final Fantasy, DQ, GTA and WarioWare All THIS YEAR!

This game is gonna be awesome though.

To all those complaining about it for whatever reason: DEAL WITH IT!. Be happy Nintendo is creating another Zelda. Zelda Wii will come, be patient for pity's sake. The GB/GBC & GBA all had two Zelda's so its only natural the DS does. If you're still moaning then your clearly not a Zelda or Nintendo fan. You're an impatient boob who rather than be happy with what you're being given like to moan about what your not. Your just a total failure. This game will rock like Phantom Hourglass before it.

Yeah. Its going to be a good game. I mean, it's Zelda. But I would expect them to lean a bit more Japanese tradition rather than Western feel, or heaven forbid something completely original. Trains just don't feel like Zelda to me. The Steamboat was kinda pushing it a little, but Wind Waker worked so it made at least a little more sense.  They could have at least designed them to where it didn't look like your classic American steam engine.   I wonder if this has something to do with DS and Wii selling so well in Europe and the US.  hm.

the reason im less than excited about the DS Zelda is because i don't have a DS *what a shock!* because i can only afford one gaming system and the games for it (check my game collection, i CAN'T afford another console, lol). so it's either a wii zelda or no zelda for poor old meee. so you can guess how i feel that there's no Wii Zelda.

PS: sorry if i annoyed anybody with my little rant there, i guess i'll just "DEAL WITH IT!. " and "Be happy Nintendo is creating another Zelda." lol.

Please let this game be like LTTP and MC...
