Well mine moves 1:1---maybe you need new batteries or need to adjust your sensors
Also you might want to note that the wii motion + adds the second ref point which will make it just as if not more accurate then what you have described

So in other words it does not currently do 1:1 motion. The reaction time is too slow, currently.
just buy a Wii lol, this is a silly question, a hardcore gamer owning multiple systems is normal.
