Beside the release dates there was some info about Super Mario Galaxy.
- Luigi, Yoshi, and Princess Peach: Nintendo isn’t telling anyone if these characters appear in the game. They could be in there, they could be playable, or they could be left out entirely. Anything you have heard thus far concerning the appearance of these characters is strictly speculation. (I thought we saw Peach in a scan!?)
- 60 fps
- Nintendo discussed that fact that there are definitely difficult levels in the game. The type of gameplay that requires perfect control over Mario.
- A decision has not been made concerning the WFC as of right now. The idea is still being kicked around, and the capacity is unknown.
- 16:9 (as we have seen)
- A mini-game level appeared that was housed in the “Trial Galaxy”

- Yoshi, Luigi und Princess Peach waren beim Anspielen nicht zu sehen. Ob sie möglicherweise spielbar sein werden, ist unklar.
- Die Bildrate lag bei 60 fps.
- Das Springen mit Mario war sehr präzise möglich, und die Steuerung war sehr feinfühlig.
- Beim Spielen waren in der Grafik keine störenden ‘Treppeneffekte’ zu sehen.
- Ein Nintendo-Sprecher meinte, dass es auch schwere Levels geben wird, wo man äußerst sauber und genau steuern bzw. mit Mario springen muss.
- Die Kamera justiert sich sehr flott.
- Wie ein Nintendo-Mitarbeiter sagt, ist noch nicht entschieden, ob die ‘Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection’ unterstützt wird. Dasselbe gilt für WiiConnect24. Allerdings sieht es stark danach aus, das beides nicht genutzt wird.
- Das Spiel lief in 16:9. Ob es bei 4:3 Balken oben und unten geben wird, beantwortete ein Nintendo-Angestellter nicht.
- Es war ein Level mit einem Mini-Spiel zu sehen, der ‘Trial Galaxy’ hieß.
