So answer me all of you!?Why the hell do you think its a remake?

This is not a remake of the damn original. Its new game in the series.

People sound disappointed and say its "just a remake" wtf!!

I believe it has to do with the number of characters and until now we know only two game modes..

What makes you think it's not a remake? It's got the same characters as the original (at least, all we've seen is familiar faces so far), and everything I've read about it calls it a "reimagining" of the original. Keep in mind that there WILL be changes, but at its base the Wii game appears to be a remade version of the NES title.

And that's AWESOME.

It's a remake with multiplayer, 13 playable characters as opposed to the original's one, and insane cel-shaded 3D.

So, in other words, it's not a remake at all.

So, all the mortal kombats, street fighters and even smash, count as remake??? Just b/c it has old characters, doesn't mean it's a remake. Plus it's been already confirm that is NOT a remake. Nintendo said it was a new game.

Yes it is. It even has all the same characters. I remember that Disco guy he was tough in the original.

& it's a Wiiware release too. Can't wait to download:)
