1. Why couldn't it? It's selling at almost the exact same rate as the PS2.
2. How is that funny? Are you just trying to mock people?
3. WTF? How is it a "war"? This is why marketing propaganda exists.

I seriously LOL'd at all of the PS3 winning. Seriously, thats like saying a Ferrari will somehow outsell a Kia. Ferrari's are powerful and over time get cheaper, but a Kia is already cheap and will always sell more no matter how many gadgets or flash the Ferrari has.
Wii- 75 mil- 57%
PS3-25 mil- 19%
X360- 30 mil- 24%
This generation will end and the winner prevailed once the first next generation system will be released.
And anyone who thinks that this generation will sell nearly as much as last gen, they dont see that PS2 sold so much because of rebuys and multiple purchases which inflated their numbers. This generation is much more powerful and expensive so I doubt that anyone would fork over 300+$ to replace or get a second system, unless its a Wii because by then itd be 100-150$.
Let us all prepare to eat crow, there will be a mighty feast in 2011.
