Forums - Gaming Discussion - Do you care that Ninja Gaiden 2 is coming to PS3?

I still don't have a ps3 but last week I saw a video for the gameplay ,a 360 fan posted it in GOW thread just to show how "meh" the gameplay of GOW compared to NG and when I saw the video I got a headache from the movement of the camera , no kidding.
bottom line , If I could buy it , I wouldn't.

Look at the name - it's not just Ninja Gaiden II. It's Ninja Gaiden II Sigma, right?

I'll do some research on this.

It's an enhanced port along the same lines of Ninja Gaiden Sigma. There are more missions, a new playable character, and of course it'll look a little nicer. I think the original Sigma was 1080p, and wasn't NG2 in some sub resolution.

Note: I'm not saying either console is more powerful, but the likeihood that resolution will be higher.

If you are happy, that you can play another game, then it´s OK. Like somebody said, more, the merrier. Of course, these people are in "rest". But if you are happy, that "Shitbox" loses exclusive, that´sjust stupid.

According to Yosuke Hayashi, it is an improved version of Ninja Gaiden 2 with new elements (Ayane is playable, the hammer 'Genma' is added as a new weapon and there are new boss-fights compared to the 360 version.)

Actually, it means a lot. Why isn't it called "Ninja Gaiden II?"

@ Outlawuron - I think the resolution for NG2 was like 580p. I could be wrong on that.

Anyhow, Tecmo can redo the game and rerelease as Sigma so they won't have legal issues to deal with.

It's really just a timed exclusive. Chalk it with Bioshock, Eternal Sonata and the like. Still, saves PS3 owners from begging for NG again.
