£40 or £130+£40...if I was going to buy it, I'd stick with just £40.

You could always try to put the X360 version into your PS3... just to see what happens.

Oh, nice idea. I'll do it.

It will probably scratch the disc in disgust.

Although that could be evidence to suggest there is nothing wrong with the X360 itself, but that whatever you put X360 discs into will scratch them.

If the 360 version is smoother than the PS3 version that one must be horrible. I have loads of issues all over the place in the (installed) 360 game.

Every 10 seconds or so there's massive screentearing, there's loads of pop-in and I could even walk through an iron bar. Not to mention the enemies. Technically the game is a mess.

Still love it though.

i played both demos but didnt notice any difference at all.

How big is the PS3 install? I assume the 360 version is 6 gigs or so. 360 installs are a must for me, sensitive ears. :)

i have he ps3 version i have no prombs with the frame rate the game it self is the bigger promb i have not liking the co op and save system

Well from what I've heard the PS3 version keep consistent v-sync so no tearing, and most of the pop-in should be eliminated by the install, much like what happened on GTA IV.

Can't disagree with them.

If thats the case, I would go ahead and order my coffin. Full install on a 360 in good shape runs fast and smooth with no loading (even between sections. I can not even read the first word of the pop in message before its loaded)

Loading is super fast. Can't read the text either. There are a lot of people that experience the screen tearing. The issue seems to be the HDMI, comp doesnt have issues. Still no excuse though.

5 minutes ago I was able to walk through a wall.

There's loads of pop-in. Sheva just appears wherever. Enemies walk through each other and I even had a closet dissapearing. And a friend of mine had the same, so it's not my 360.

+1 my friend, visually, the PS3 version is crisper, with barely noticeable dips in frames compared to the 360 version.

Crisper? I don't think thats the word. Probably softer is more applicable. It uses QAA which blurs textures.

Tease.
