The first DVD's i purchased were Predator and Rush Hour.  My first computer was able to play DVD's and I wanted to pick some up and I decided to get those two.

How about you folks what was the first DVD's you bought.

Never got one, unless you count BR.



I bought 3 when I got my first dvd player: 2001 A Space Odessy, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and The Shining. All are still among my all-time favorites.

Matrix is what got me to buy a DVD player in the first place, but my first actual movie I bought was History of the World Part One.

Do you mean DVD movies or DVD discs?
If DVD movie, then never
If DVD disc, first DVD disc I get was a blank DVD-R.



I am a PC gamer, and also have a NDS now, but without access to a Nintendo Wii until End of 2007.

Well I think the very first DVD I bought was either XxX, or Star Wars Episode 1, can't remeber, pretty sure Star Wars though cuz that was released in 2000 on DVD while XxX wasn't until 2002.
