Ah... OK. Makes sense. I agree though. I was lenient with Red Steel, because it was an honest effort for their first time. BUT, if they screw this one up, not even online can save it.

Honestly I haven't played RS1 yet, but thats mostly because it hasn't really gotten great reviews. I might be convinced to rent it if you guys think its worth it but I think I will hold out on buying a RS game until (if) RS2 gets good reviews.

I wouldn't suggest renting it now, especially since some much better FPS are already out. However, as a launch title, it was a pretty good first try. I really did not have a problem with the controls, until I found out there were much better ones-LOL.

I'll prolly pick up redsteel 1 after it gets some kind of "Players choice" deal and goes down to 20-30 dollars. I never played it, but I'm interested. I'm a forgiving gamer if a concept is good. Anybody remember Body Harvest?
